I was just whining to my daughter that sometimes writing these entries on my blog can be such a bother...easier to make pictures than string words together for me. But many folks have told me they like what I write and it just seems so cold-hearted to send my little paintings off without a few well chosen words. And you know what she said? "Ya know, you don't have to please everyone all the time." Huh. Imagine that. Sounds like a New Year's resolution to me.
