So
a few weeks ago when I posted a page from my sketchbook (below) and asked for input on
which sketch to paint, this one got the most votes.
I ended up painting five
out of the six sketches but this one was certainly the big winner. It’s pretty
different from the others; I rarely paint legs and feet—maybe that’s it? Or
perhaps it’s the interaction between these two odd little people. Or maybe the
ears? Who knows!
For those of you who cast your vote for this painting, I hope
it is everything you imagined it might be. Funny feet and all!
