Well, this is in keeping with my September theme of “Toys”. But I find it interesting, on reflection, that I did the sketch for this painting while watching the Republican National Convention. Hmmm….inspiration comes from the darndest places. Go figure.

I'd say that was probably the most useful thing to come out of the GOP convention. Talk about making a silk purse from a sows ear!
